Apply for Funding

You can apply for funding using the fillable application using the button.  

 

1. Complete the application and return it to a sponsoring Washington Optimist Member.

 

2. The application will be presented and reviewed at the next monthly Optimist Board meeting (typically held the first Wednesday of each month).

 

3. If approved by the board, the application will advance to the general membership for a vote.

 

4. The contact listed on the application will be notified of approval or denial.

 

5. Funds will be distributed by the Washington Optimist Treasurer.

 

6. Acceptance of the funds implies that upon project completion the applicant or designee will provide a brief presentation at a Washington Optimist Club meeting.
