The 2023 Friend of Youth award was presented to Franklin County CASA. The Franklin County CASA has been serving youth in Franklin and Gasconade Counties since 2006. The CASA staff work directly with volunteer advocates who are court appointed to cases involving youth (babies through age 21) that have been removed from their home.
