The Optimist Club of Washington
College Scholarships
Each year, through fundraising events, the Optimist Club of Washington awards $1000 scholarships to local area graduating seniors. These scholarships help students pursue their educational dreams whether it be attending a 4-year, 2-year college or trade school.
2026 College Scholarships were awarded to:
St. Francis Borgia High School - Augustus Farrell & Henry Zeitzmann
Washington High School - Emma Grafrath & Joseph Underwood
No Excuses Program - Dylan Balleydier, Royce Hardin & Mia Pottebaum
