This event is co-sponsored with the Washington Police Department. Children ages 5-12 go through a bicycle inspections, an obstacle course, registration of their bicycle and are also fitted for a free bicycle helmet. Safety Town is also available for those children that are ages 3-5. Car seat safety inspections are also provided by members of St. John's Mercy Hospital. Missouri Child Identification and Protection Program (MOCHIP) are also on hand to give Missouri families protection against missing and abducted children.
